1. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations are accepted by telephone or email for all bookings.
b. Cancellations upto seven days before the hire date will be charged
at £50
c. Cancellation within seven days of the hire date will be charged
at full price.
d. Limosbooking has the right to terminate your booking if a client or
any member or their party causes excessive delays, are disorderly
or not in a fit state to travel, with no compensation made to the
client .
e . In the unlikely event that we cannot complete a booking due
to factors beyond our control, a full refund will be given. But
we are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to monies
paid for tickets and events.
2. Grace Period
Due to factors which may be beyond our control a 15 minute
grace period has been set up for late arrivals or delayes which
could be down to traffic, accidents or bad weather. We will however
try and make up any lost time.
3. Overtime
In the case of your hiring of one of our cars goes over the paid
amount of time, overtime will be chared at £25 every completed
half an hour (30 minutes).
4. Damages to Limousine
a. Any client who books our limousines will be responsible for the
behaviour of all members. Any damages to the limousine or to its
furnishings caused by the client , a member of their party will
be given a fine of £100 which is a ‘enforced downtime’
charge in addition to the cost of the repairs.
b. A £100 fee shall be charged if any client or member or
their party is sick inside the limousine plus the hourly cost or
returning the limousine to our premises for valeting charged at
£50 per hour.
c. If the rental is paid for by credit/debit card or Limosbooking Limouisines
hold a credit/debit number on file for the client, the client authorises
us to charge that card for the costs in 4.a and b mentioned above.
5. Access
Limosbooking will not be held responsible for any restricted vehicle access
and therefore any delays that occur past the paid time will be charged
at the overtime rate.
6 . Articles Left In Limousine
Limosbooking drivers are always safe and will take care while driving but
we cannot be held responsible for any loss or dam age to luggage
or personal property left in the limousine during or after the rental
period .
7 . Consideration
For the comfort and consideration of other clients, passengers are
not permitted to smoke in the limousine but stop points may be allowed
if confirmed when booking.
8. Seatbelts
A legal requirement is that all passengers wear a seat belt where
one has been fitted and for your safety we recommend wearing a seatbelt
to all passengers. The Hirer specifically indemnifies Limosbooking and
the Chauffeur against any fines imposed as a consequence of the
passengers failing to comply with this legal requirement.
9 . Breakdown
Our vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest levels however
in the unfortunate event of breakdown Limosbooking cannot be held responsible.
but we will try our best to make up for any lost time.
10. Other conditions
a. Any Hirer must be over the age of 18 due to the fact alcohol
is provided, so any person(s) under that age must be reported when
booking.
b. In the case of minors consuming alcohol, then the Chauffeur would
be entitled to confiscate and dispose of the alcohol and/or terminate
the Hire at his or her entire discretion without a refund.
